-Allegedly fixed decision tooltips
-Removed stat and fertility buffs from new employment traits, courtier stat potency is now identical to vanilla "Invite Noble to Court." New traits only serve as methods to track courtiers created with these decisions.
-cleaned up code, changed internal trait names to ensure maximum compatibility. May cause courtiers to lose these traits if they had them prior to this update.
