Packed map scripts into the mod as lua files, only script needed from external link is sentences.txt

Massive update. Added around 700+ sounds.

Some new features include:
-New sounds when cops are on fire
-More radio messages from the pager guy
-Just a lot more variety with sounds in general

-For the HECU version, combine have additional sounds for being electrocuted (requires the soldier script in sounds folder of the link)

As per usual update, the script files must be updated (sentences.txt)
