Fixed work original NVG Item from game

deleted unused files

List of changes:
* Fixes in the modification code to correct the flickering effect of the night vision device on the screen
* Rewritten part of the structure and execution of the modification code for correct operation
* The modification bikey file has been recreated (when updating the server holders also need to update the modification key manually, the old modification key will not work!)

* Added a fix where NVG would turn itself on when writing in chat, or pressing the active key during any menu in the game, now this will not happen. NVG is Enabled only if there are no menus on the game screen.
* Added localization of the name of the object and its description in the supported languages in the game (used Google Translate)
* An attempt was made to introduce a modification icon, but due to the lack of guides from the game developer, it was not possible.

Changed the name of the object on the screen and its description, as well as adjusted the picture of the object to distinguish the object from the native mon, added by the developers to the game
