script changes for block coloring failed

corrections to block auto-coloring system installed and ability to turn auto-coloring off

The config option will be at the bottom of the config file, its simply called: -

<RECOLOR_BLOCKS>true</RECOLOR_BLOCKS>

just change that to false and all re-coloring should be disabled.
