Encounters
-New Encounter: Treasure on a Tree (stage 2, advanced boss mechanics)
-removed Arena "Ancient Garden" for "Bhamuka, All-Consuming God" - the high ground seemed a bit unfair
-added Arena "Battlefield Of Eternity" to "Bhamuka, All-Consuming God"

Perks
-changed "Outsmart Time"'s CDR to stack multiplicatively instead of additively - reaching 100% CDR is not possible anymore
-improved "Higher Sorcery"'s (multi cast) execution (sometimes the multicast were not casted) and 50% chance to 75%
-Perks with a low pick rate improved: Last Stand, Secret Medicine, Focus, Converting Mana, Pyromaniac, Peace Of Mind, Pocket Watch, Crusader Shield,

Heroes
-fixed/changed Witch Doctor's "Death Ward" now attacking any enemy units (not only heroes)
-unfortunately cannot fix Clinkz Burning Army the same way. He has a big disadvantage against non-hero enemies right now. (for example Bhamuka's tentacles)

Lesser Perks
- "Abundant Mana Pool" (+max mana) replaced with "Quick Steps": "Increases Move Speed by 16%"
- "Mana Stream" (mana reg %) replaced with "Regeneration Stream": "Amplifies any health regeneration by 20% and any mana regeneration by 30%."

Greater Perks
- "Mad Scientist" (interval CDR) replaced with "Last Stand": "If your health drops below 50%, Resilience (reduces damage taken) is increased by 35% (additive)."

-between fights, heroes are now silenced and muted. This prevents pre-casting abilities/items which then get refreshed at the start of the fight
-general encounter balancing regarding spell delay and damage
