Heroes
-NEW MECHANIC: "Arcane Knowledge": Increases your Spell Amplification based on current Int and Max Mana. This Bonus is 3 times higher on Heroes with Primary Attribute Intelligence.
-Windranger: Primary Attribute changed to Agility
-Venomancer: Primary Attribute changed to Intelligence
-Leshrac: Diabolic Edict: damage reduced
-Leshrac: Pulse Nova: damage reduced

Perks
-Added an additional info that damaging Perks benefit from Spell Amp
-The tooltip numbers of damaging perks now represents their true damage with Spell Amp
-Quick Steps resilience from 10% to 20%
-Widely Read cooldown from 12s to 10s
-Regeneration Stream health regen amp from 10% to 16%, mana regen amp from 25% to 32%

Bugs
-Implemented some missing hero talent changes

General
-you can now see a pick timer and picked heroes of other players on picking screen
-removed Gold Penalty if a player does not pick a Hero in time
-enabled suggested Items in Shop (disabling it was not intended)
-enabled Dota Scoreboard (top right Button) (disabling it was not intended)
-some HUD changes

Leaderboard
-added support for switching between Patches and improved navigation

Gameplay
-tweaked dynamic HP for enemies in Endless mode
-Items and Perk Cooldowns now get refreshed before a boss fight begins (like Abilities and Health/Mana)

Perks
-Perk Types (Passive/Triggered/Dealing Damage and Offensive/Defensive/Supportive) now interact with each other:
--Stacking Perks with the exact same name let them share their effectiveness (2x same perk = 50% effectiveness for both)
--Some Perks make other specific perk types more effective or less effective
--Effectiveness will be displayed on each perk and while choosing a new perk it already shows
--Effectiveness influences almost all values (marked with a yellow font) of each perk
-Combined and reordered some Perks, now having 12 instead 15 Lesser respectively Greater Perks
-Perks with an internal Cooldown now shows them on their tooltip

Encounters
-Structures of Xun'Ra: Unholy Warlock: Transfer Energy: reduced HP loss to cancel ability from 25% to 12%
-Structures of Xun'Ra: Unholy Warlock: Transfer Energy: cannot target Unholy Warlocks anymore
-Structures of Xun'Ra: Obelisk: Summon Unholy Army: After summoning minions for all obelisks the first time, it will only spawn minions for one Obelisk afterwards, Cooldown reduced
-Bhamuka, All-Consuming God: overall nerf and HP reduced
-Bhamuka, All-Consuming God: the four tentacles' HP reworked: Whenever a tentacle hits 80%/60%/40%/20% HP, all other tentacles' HP will be reduced to this value. Each HP mark can only trigger one

-fixed enemy Units which are summoned after a boss is killed and still won't be removed from the map

-fixed a bug when rerolling into Bhamuka, All-Consuming God that he spawns in the center and not at the top
-fixed a bug when rerolling that the rerolled boss was not removed from boss pool and could come again in the next rounds
-fixed The Dungeoneer Three Shell Game golden chests not attackable
-fixed some bugs occuring when buying custom items

-Resilience: Changed formula from Main Attribute and Max Health to Max Health, Armor and Magical Resistance (This change makes items with a defensive nature more viable and Items with Attributes are a bit less effective)
