Bugs
-fixed a game crash after defeating "Bhamuka, All-Consuming God"
-Clinkz DISABLED until a fix is found for a game crash with his ultimate

-removed Ancient Apparition from hero pool because it's Ultimate is bugged
-removed Tidehunter from hero pool because he shouldn't be there
-some bug fixes
