The Dungeoneer himself now appears as a boss!

- New encounter: The Dungeoneer (Stage 3 - final boss)

- nerfed "Scroll Collector", "Smodhex, Satyr Warlock" and "Drono, Red Dragonkin Commander"

- removed random Gold bounty for killing bosses (was ~250 gold / boss)
- changed Gold after round from linear +3000 gold to cumulative concept:
-> Round 1 Old: 3000+250; New: 1000
-> Round 2 Old: 3000+250; New: 2200
-> Round 3 Old: 3000+250; New: 3300
-> Round 4 Old: 3000+250; New: 4400
-> Round 5 Old: 3000+250; New: 5500
-> Sum Old: 16.250; New: 16.400

- several Bug fixes

The new Snow Arena (Battlefield of Eternity) is now the new home for 'Ancient Siege Engine' and 'Wind Harpy'

- [Base game] nerfed "Resilience" (starts at 1-5% instead of 8-15%)
- [Perks] reworked 'Steadfast' from "+25% Status Resistance" to "+12% Resilience (additive)"
- [Arenas] All bosses now have a chance to spawn in a different Arena other than their home Arena
