Changed: helms_deep_r26_survival.nut to be identical to Xana's.
Removed: cfg/banned_user.cfg
Removed: Missions folder.
Removed: Modes folder (One of Helm's Deep's updates reinstated GunBrain, L4D1Coop, and L4D1Versus)
