Tuned down the Vandeanson Apocalypse mod as it was causing major FPS Drops.

This updated includes small changes to certain tasks and intel items plus more adjustments of Vandeanson Apocalypse Mod.

Increased infection chance to 40% per hit landed from zombie, decreased spawn chance for injectors from 38% to 5%, removed zombie blacklist marker at start location, decreased max spawn distance for bandit camps, hideouts etc. Decreased chance for AI hunter to spawn if you stay in one place to long.

Made some tweaks to the New Mod that was added in last update.

Vandeanson's Apocalypse Mod added to the Scenario the mod randomly spawns Bandit camps, Feral Dog packs, Hideouts, Medical sites and more. The mod also includes a infection system making zombies more deadly you will need to pick up injectors/pills in order to combat infection. I also added one more small task to the mission aswell hope you all enjoy. If you have nbot played this scenario in awhile make sure to check older changes
