Added a skin for Ralsei (once again it's in the dress tab)
Added many new configs.
Many stat adjustments have been made. (check the default config options)
The hat now functions similarly to Grass Armor.
Changed some script lines.
Reduced the file size (on the steam workshop)
Added Ragger and Dainty Scarf.
Lowered Ralsei's voice volume.
Healing now not only costs Sanity, but Hunger as well.
The Manual now only affects one target at a time.
