Made victor's teeth symmetrical. i wanted to keep them asymmetrical but it was a pain to deal with when compiling the model.

Updated a few old NPC icons. (Brightened a few, replaced a few with newer renders.)
Reduced Snowflake's Polycount for the sake of better fps and faster compiling.

fixed weird neck issue when catherine blinked, readded a thing i forgot to include (armband)

-Moved alot of playermodels to categoried LUAs, This is important for me,
because now there's not like 15 different lua files for one playermodel, now i can easily sort the models out by LUA name.
