fixed aviary not having toe physics on both legs.
updated ragdoll physics on a select handful of models to actually be usable as ragdolls.
updated certain materials to not draw decals such as bullet shots on them (i.e robot eyes, lance's fire, etc.)
removed the heavy's phong bumpmap from toaboom for the sake of not needing tf2 to be mounted.
removed jpeg of "grandpa joe" from snowflake's materials folder. (i had to google search who grandpa joe is because i dont remember even putting that jpeg there, i dont even know why it's there.)
added NPC variants of Toaboom, Aiegor, Gecko (Gecc's Human OC), and BoiledKettles. ToaBoom and Aiegor are both hostile.

Added AieGor (EyeGore).

(Includes C_Hands that change if the first bodygroup is selected, i'll edit it later so it does both arms.)

Gave Nexus coat jigglebones & physics, changed out her hands model.
Adjusted weightpainting on Echo & Victor's wrists and arms, they should bend better-er now, Gave Echo & Victor ragdoll physics more simular to Nexus or Skully, just testin' to see if it works better as a ragdoll or not, edited c_hands to be more accurate towards the world model.

Veggie-Taurus:
Added some more animations so that it's not as janky in other gamemodes such as Guess Who & Extreme Football Throwdown, Changed death animations.
Updated ragdoll physics and added another skin.

more small changes:
moved around lua files
fixed minor issue when using the pose tool with the veggietaurus, where the tailend would freak out and move to the models xyz cordinates, made the veggietaurus actually usable as a ragdoll. (aka more flexible/posable.)

Minor model touchups.
Improved Veggietarus Hitboxes, you can actually headshot the damn thing now.
Removed Jump_Land animation for veggietaurus, it was buggy,
Slightly changed Gecko's world model.
