Fix the Solarbot issue mentioned by Xyales:
Level 2 firerate is back to 6 from 60

Fixed 2 job parts as mentioned by Dragonfox:
Added missing I to triggered for underground worker job/s

Fixed Energy Doping as mentioned by Levi020:
25 instead of 75

Fixed QES Unswallowed Issue:
Now Ownus Automatus will generate owned void clouds

(untested) Fixed slave owner selection giving you masters that would actually eat or purge you.

A bunch of little pop category changes

Changed colonizer ship file to have:
is_robot_empire instead of is_machine_empire
Because Paradox decided to change Machine Empire to Robot Empire. But only there :P
