Added new unique mineral and energy credit buildings for habitats and ringworlds.
Mineral building is less effective on habitats that are not built on a mineral deposit.

I have switched to using the nexus to archive old versions of my mods so you can get the 2.6 version here[www.nexusmods.com] if you need it.

The Deep-Core Mine now has the same building restrictions as the Mineral Purification Plant and the Geothermal Power Planet now has the same build restrictions as the Energy Grid.
