Hotfix( is this what this is called?): Made the swep more 'FAIR' and 'BALANCED'and probobly fixed some bugs??, this just a small hotfix fixhot something along the lines...yeah

Updated v_models/w_models, made the reloading (blocking) toggling, also made the frisking swingspeed faster....sorry for the delay

Decreased the chances of Errors and changed Keys (press Tab to see them) also made the Explosion more realistic (made it so when NPCs/Players die, they're ragdolls get launched....)
