Reduced research down to 500 to better fit the pace of the game.
This building was OP and meant people could research almost everything really early on...
Upgrade icons reverted back to in game icons, custom ones didn't seem to work as intended

Has it's own build menu icon now
No longer limited to one building
As it's no longer a one off build, moved to production menu

Fixed building icon, will show Martian University (will make custom icon eventually!)
Currently the upgrade icons don't show correctly, but they do work, will find solution to this and update when possible.

Updated looks, the centre now includes some of the main things researched, shrunk down for scale size testing.
Should also now show an Icon in the build menu
