Fixed a bug that would prevent workshop boyz for the greenskins to be added to the lord pool when the appropriate technology was researched.

Experimental Mortar Bess has now its own model which is closer to the actual queen bess and no longer uses the Dreadquake Mortar model from the chorfs mod.

It also got cheaper since it lost its mobility and melee capabilities.

Fixed an incompatibility with prop joe's Dogs of War mod which would screw up runelords.

- Runecrafting for Prospectors is now significantly more expensive than for other factions.
- Steel Rain Mortars have been moved up to tier 3 and are capped now
- Also upkeep and recruitment cost have risen for them
- The faction has no longer easy access to runelords. 1-3 Runelords can be acquired from technologies, depending on which route you take
- Reduced the number of technologies required for long campaign victory, making it actually possible to achieve
- Added +1 lord recruitment rank boni to tier 4 and above of the gunnery building line since most races have at least one building like that

Fixed an incompatibility with the awesome Thunderbarge mod.
Gatling Gunners now have gatling guns that actually turn, many thanks and all credits for that go to the great ChaosRobie.
Fixed one of Oldor's Skills having the wrong effect scope.

Hotfixed an incompatibility with the original Thunderbarge mod that somehow escaped my testing. Should be all good now.

Those who also want Makakai Malakaisson can use the original Thunderbarge mod, it both works together with the prospectors just fine.

Also fixed the tier 3 engineer building not having a name for the prospectors.
