Added two new skins: 'Red Baron' and 'Black Falcon'. Note that the skins are not faithful recreations of their real life counterparts and are only cosmetic.

Changed the machine guns' damage types to 'Heavy Arms' so that there is no armor damage reduction from other modded planes. Also modified the team colour materials as requested.
