Fixed an absurdly stupid bug. Confederations *should* work properly now.

I am an idiot: It is *totally* possible to make a princess immortal using a simple script. Yee haw.

Turns out it is *not* possible to make a princess immortal using just scripts. Ah well.

Instead, she's given 7000 XP to start with. If you (a high elf player) manage to confederate with her (or a faction that confederated her *and* kept her alive), she'll be granted 28000 XP, which should be enough to make the Immortality skill available.

Initial upload.

Surthara starts with 3500 XP (level 3) and the Immortality skill.
Tor Anroc is bumped to level 4.
Whitepeak is bumped to level 3.
