- Tool assignment system which allows for colonists to automatically optimize their tools
-- Should eliminate much of the previously required micromanagement
-- Can be configured through the 'Assign' window
- Tool belt - Allows wearers to hold 2 more tools in their inventory
-- Made from 40 leathery materials and 10 steel at a tailoring bench

Balance:
- Tool degradation from use is 25% slower overall
-- Normal: 1 HP per 0.75 hours -> 1 HP per hour
-- Hardcore: 1 HP per 0.5 hours -> 1 HP per 0.67 hours
- Colonists can only hold up to 2 tools at once in their inventory instead of 3
-- This is to counter-balance the addition of tool belts
- Stone types now have slightly different effects on tool effectiveness

Misc:
- Tool degradation setting is now slider-based and modifiable rather than checkbox
-- Can go anywhere from x0% to x400% (semi-exponential scale)
-- Achieved using the Settings Helper by Why_is_that
- Some console logging added on startup to easily find unpatched materials
- Added Chinese translation by fatestartnight (#1)
