Moved Kinetic Push back to psiamp ability set (because it needs to be assigned to an actual weapon; gremlins don't allow perkweapon animations.)
Mucked with Restore Life's target conditions to try and fix a reported glitch.
Updated the icon libary to sync with another release...
Added promotion text regarding cooldowns to a whole pile of abilities.
Marionette Control now rolls Psi Offense against Hack Defense, so it's less silly vs sectopods.
Kinetic Push is no longer gaurenteed to hit
Removed Psi Abilities from default config with Still Don't Waste My Time. the new animations aren't as sluggish as vanilla ones.
Fixed Pocket Shredder not actually existing.
Added 35 new abilities.

Changed some ability icons. (initial integration of chimera icons)
Changed a whole pile of psi ability animations - they will look way better with invis amps, and it's a bit faster too.
Tet Mamak La can now be used on robotics.
Dancing Death now has a proper aoe radius preview.
Storm Surge, Void Lightning are now free aiming. (they'll automatically grab a primary target in the aoe)
Void Shock, Storm Shock and Forked Lighting can now chain to 1 additional target.
Storm Shock, Forked Lightning and Storm Surge use a bluer tether.
Shotgun Wedding's Length config is now actually used (instead of also using width for length)
Fixed a bug where activating shotgun wedding would crash the game.
Sword Bullet's flinch will now work against targets normally immune to disorient.
