I forgot to put unlock levels for the Volvo engines for the VNL, now those are added.

So now you have to work to get access to those engines, whether you like it or not :p

Forgot to add freightliner low air warning

Added two missing ISX15 ratings, 425 ST

Added support of K100e, engines limited to those available before end of production in 2004, except for the later Cat engine.

Added support of Freightliner FLD, engine support limited to before the end of production in 2010 (while the ISX15 replaced the ISX in 2010, I did not add it for one reason : DEF)

Forgot to remove the 3406 for some that got a C-15 replacement, it is now done

Added C-10, C-12, C-15 and C-16 for all post-2000 trucks available as Glider Kits. Note that they use the 3406 sounds as these are basically rebadged 3176, 3196 and 3406

Updated VSTerminus 3408 sound to include the louder turbo

Removed Volvo Engine badge, as AlexeyP mod is not updated anymore.

Note that if you were equipped with a CAT 3406 or a Volvo badge, you might need to use the G_Remove_Missing_accessories command to either remove them or fall back on default engine.
