Added support for the 2019 Freightliner Cascadia

Added DD13 back to the Western Star 49X (According to Oscar, one of the devs, the DD13 is available on the 49X, western star is simply pushing for the DD15 and DD16 for now for it)

i-Shift restricted to Volvo engines now, until someone can find a real example of a VNL with a cummins engine with an i-Shift transmission

Added support for bigdaddyt150 379x.

Note that as with the real truck, I only added the C15 engine as the 379X only came with a C15, there will be no other engine added to that truck.
