Update:

The street vendors have now only 1500 septims (back from 5000) because of their lower status than the merchants who works in a real shop.
Added a septim picture in the presentation of the mod and renamed the title in English (was a French title before).

Initial release:

All merchants have 5000 septims to spend with you.
