fixed eternal pin and eternal scolex not having extra hp

a true fix for eternal frail health

removed the previous change because this was causing a bug that decreases the hp of eternal frail

increased the health of second phase of eternal frail

I forgot to put frail in the entities2.xml, now it's fixed
