fixed pacts being unable to take if you are playing as the lost

-reworked some part of the code because it was causing some bugs
-nerfed items will not appear anymore if you are using true coop mod to avoid bugs
-the damage limit will be disabled if you are using true coop mod to avoid bugs

-fixed the damage limit not working correctly with player 2, player 3 and player 4
-added an sound to D6 when he makes the item disappear

-rooms with no enemies will not count for the holy mantle recharge anymore

-nerfed items will show what changed if you are using the external item descriptions mod

-removed the interaction between this mod and the external item descriptions that was causing the entire mod to break

-fixed eternal ??? spawning wrong angelic babies for some frames

-fixed sometimes an eternal final boss dropping more than one eternal heart
-fixed eternal matriarch spawning normal fistulas
-fixed an error appearing repeatedly if you are not using external items descriptions

updated this mod to works correctly with coop

-holy mantle now was nerfed
-removed the nerf from the converter
