-eternal hive now spawn more enemies when dies
-eternal mulligan now spawn attack flies instead of the normal fly that doesn't do damage
-fixed a bug that was making eternal lokii spawn a normal lokii if they starts with freezing effect
-fixed a bug that was causing the game to remove the pickups spawned by familiars instead of the room reward
