-fixed a rare bug that could make pickups from a room disappear instead of making the room reward disappear

-eternal squirt and eternal dank squirt now works differently
-eternal ragling was nerfed
-the d6 now has 1 in 6 of chance to delete the item instead of rerolling, this change was made to match the number of sides in the dice
