Fixed a bug where the included 'Skyranger Lift Sound Fix' wasn't working properly.

Removed the UIAvengerHUD and UISquadSelect screen listeners. The code in those listeners is now in the XCOMHQ_ISL class. This is an increase in the compatibliity of the mod with no functionality changes. Your INI files should not be affected by the change.
