switched from button pressed/held to button triggered, so the bums don't freak out if you hold CTRL/swap

fixed bug where getting loot box bum wouldn't spawn the whistle

-removed the once per run condition of summoning a bum, allowing the trinket to combo with things that remove bums from players inventory like sacrificial alter and inventory rerolls (eg D4)
-minor bug fix

tweaked button press detection code for controllers
