Fixed isue with mod not loading with prev saved games
Fixed Issue with Raze City Popup Conflicting.
Added Pop-up to Destroy City to prevent deletion by mistake.
Now you Cant Raise Your Capital City.
Load game fix (Hopefully saved games will njow load with the mod as intended) Ive tested this on an 40+ new games / saved games / restarts.

Updated Some UI Elements
Added KeyBinds for some Actions (See Mod Description for Details)
Add Aditional +5 Movement to Selected Unit
Add +10 Era Score
Duplicate Selected Unit
Changed Reveal Map to Toggle Map Observer Mode.
Toggle hide/show Bottom Panel (AllCivics-AllTechs-Observer)
Removed Clicked Sound Effects
