This update contains small minor tweaks, changes to a few of the bots, and some serious code cleanup.

-Changed their temp health factor so they heal at around 45 temp health, if I did my math right.
-Massive code cleanup! Removed some unnecessary cvars.
-Forced Max Intensity on Ellis, Nick, Louis, Francis. These guys will be more tense and less calm than the others. I made this change just to make the bots feel a bit different and I hope I've accomplished just that. :)

This patch contains some fixes and buffs for the bot boyz!

-Buffed their sensitivity so they can turn on Infected quicker.
-Adjusted their reaction times so they save their teammates much faster.
-Bots can now use melee weapons! If the player is not holding a melee weapon, a bot will opt to pick one up.
-Bots will now sidestep to shoot Infected off the player or to acquire a target if you are in their way, rather than shooting through you or standing there.
