Recooked for Nyakuza Metro (took me long enough)...

While I was at it I made the hat a Flair, as to not take up a slot on the wheel. I also made the racket actually obtainable.

Added an icon for the Racket. You *should* be able to select it from the weapons menu mod, and *hopefully* when disabling the mod it takes away the items

Doesn't automatically equip every loading zone anymore.

Fixed a bug that pervented both the Hat and Dye to be available instantly, so now you can Waluigi in style!
