- Updated mod description to support 2.2.6. But it should still work with 2.2.5.
- Migrated the Turians and Thorian Creepers since they both wear clothes (if the host portraits don't wear clothes then unclothed countries will not insult them about wearing clothes).
- Configured Human Female and Asari to use the new 2.2.6 clothing system, and they should wear clothes according to roughly their stratum and job. Slaves also have a few unique outfits.

Fixed some logic errors
- Including changed the checking condition from "High_[species]" to "High [species]".

Added an explicit check for the following names on all the portraits:

Ultra-[species]

Trans-[species]
High_[species]

They should also use Mass Effect portraits.

- Merged Asari and Human Female outfits.
- They now do the common checks for Systems Alliance and Cerberus. Humans will start wearing Asari outfits, vice versa, and there are a set of special outfits for Alliance and Cerberus.

- Redone Elcor since I have come up with some good source images.

1. Changed a lot of flag colours, since I had used too much brown.
2. LOKI Mechs are now Determined Exterminators, since the Drell and Collectors are not scary enough.
3. Added Biotic God triggering when the Volus Species or Pops have the Psionic Trait.
