The meats once again work properly in recipes.

Fixed definitions that were changed in B19 that caused errors.

Pig_Meat and Turkey_Meat were changed to Meat_Pig and Meat_Turkey in B19.

Added recipes to crafting spot. The new butcher spot only gives 70% of the normal output so putting the recipes on it would have been rather pointless.
