- Fixed crash with Planetary Cargo Ships trying to retrieve CurrentWaypoint from Remote Control Block (switched to pulling waypoint from ObjectBuilder instead of API property which seemed to cause crash for unknown reasons)

- Fixed issue with Space Cargo Ships and Autopilot Pausing
- Fixed issue with assigning Nobody Ownership to SpawnGroups
- Cargo Ships that Pause Autopilot will only do so near players with non-hostile reputation.
- Added Tags to Re-Color and Re-Skin grids (documentation update pending).

- Reworked Boss Encounter System to fix GPS issues (untested in multiplayer)
- Added ImperialMod to NPC Weapon Randomizer Blacklist by Default (temporary until root of elusive crash can be narrowed down).
- Added General Config options to allow Blacklist or Whitelist of target weapons to be replaced on NPC grids (eg: don't replace interior turrets, only replace gatling turrets, etc etc).
- Added Random Number Roll option for spawngroup tags.

New spawngroup features will be documented on the GitHub page this weekend if all goes well. Life be demanding lately...

- Added Tags for SpawnGroups to allow ignoring of global weapon randomizer blacklist/whitelist

- Added New Spawner Mode (Wave Spawner) For Space Cargo Ships.
- Added Mod Weight Support for SpawnGroup selection (mods with more SpawnGroups will get a little more priority, but won't completely drown out mods with fewer SpawnGroups ).
