+ Added bunker under city hall.
+ Added one way windows added into specific city hall offices. These cannot be viewed from the outside for performance reasons.
+ Improved bank signage.

* Players now have a 50/50 chance to spawn at either the city hall or park.
* Replaced city hall elevator with a staircase.

* Total overhaul of the bank to be easier to build in, improved lighting and textures have also been overhauled.
* Total overhaul of the PD to be easier to build in, improved lighting and new textures.

* Lighting changes to various exterior doors.
* Increased city hall roof to meet the skybox.
* Fixed issue where a ladder was too small to climb.
* Moved trashcan outside PD to allow for easier climbing.
