Added military spawn support for Fort Redstone.

Oops, forgot to make stuff spawn in the m151! Fixed.

Fixed some small texture stuff (the moveURself truck has a gas cap now! Fancy!) and changed the M151A2's radio to a military ham. Also gave it the correct name in the translation file.

Added the M151 MUTT. It was replaced by the HMMWV in the late 80s, but I think it was still in use by some of the National Guard. Still need to mess with the script files, but I wanted it to be able to spawn for you guys so you wouldn't have to start a new game.

Hopefully fixed all the windows with the new reflection stuff. Also positioned the trunk and hood of the charger better.

Fixed an issue with heavy-duty and military tires. Oops!
