Updated to support 2.3

Known Issues: The scrollbar the makes the tradition window go up and down also shows on the relic menu and lets you go up and down, doesnt cause any actual issues just a visual thing. Also the relic window is taller than it needs to be, but the only way ive found to fix that causes the tradition window to break. Also huge shoutout to paradox for making this a pain in the ass.
