Updated to work with EMS (Expanded Mutation System). Shows up under Mutations as "The Floor Is Lava" (mutation file itself is now called floorislava instead of testmutation2).

- Reduced Spitter count to eight (Caps at 8 anyway, anything higher causes problems in co-op)
- Increased health decay rate while incapacitated

- Set TankLimit and WitchLimit to 0
- Minor script changes

Difficulty settings should show up properly in lobbies.
