- Improvements to config settings for plant and crop plot, should stick better now for plant dmg and crop plot inventory max slots
- Removed explosion dmg from plant projectile
- Forced plant projectile to not allow friendly fire
- Changed approach to Cnidaria targeting, now ON by default, setting to disable is [PlantJellyFishKiller=False]
- Removed use of setting [PlantBlockCharPreventsTurretTargetClasses]
- Added water volume check on plant, if no water is nearby then plant removes its TriggerSphere component used to find and target Cnidaria (server performance / efficiency)
- If water volume is nearby but [PlantJellyFishKiller=False] TriggerSphere is set to No Collision so it does not fire actor events needlessly (and if setting is changed back to True/Default TriggerSphere is changed back so it does fire collision events)
- If plant is on a platform saddle then it doesn't do water volume check and leaves TriggerSphere as-is (setting still turns off collision if set to False though)
- Fixed placement issues for crop plot (platform saddles mostly)
- Added snap points for crop plot, will snap to foundations and ceilings now
- Added new crop plot setting / feature: [CropPlotLargeGrowthMod=20] will control how fast -any- crop/plant grows to maturity, 20x as shown is default, setting to 1 will effectively disable the feature
- Crop plot will automatically fill with water when placed underwater, or if on platform saddle and it goes underwater (every 60 seconds fills water to max)

Misc fixes to particle effects and shrank projectile size in attempt to remedy issue where shot not damaging small creatures (trilobites, compies, etc).
