Pushed a quick update to fix the big that made soldiers unkillable after using Limit Break. Sorry it took so long to fix.

Recompiled the mod for TLP. There was probably no need for it.

Fixed stat progression so that Akimbo properly gets +5 Will on Squaddie.

Straightened out some code related to Reload ability. This could potentially fix the reload disappearing from people.

Fixed an error that caused Pistol Whip to consume only one action point even if the enemy was not within 1 tile. I swear I tested this and it worked fine before... Surprised nobody complained about it.
