Removed health factor just in case of a survivor using pills or adrenaline over health kits resulting in an early end.

Changed "playercontrolledzombies" to 1 (Solo versions) to avoid oddities. Though this really shouldn't affect Scavenge... But just to be safe

Added replica mutation to enable those without menu mods to attempt this mutation solo.

Also attempted to equalize the player and bot SI respawn timers. Might need help with that if possible.
