Hotfix:
-Ladder by B bombsite is now functional (by request)
-Fixed metal reflectivity

-Drastic lighting changes (feedback?)
-Skybox dustclouds to replace fog
-Improved spawns for Classic gamemodes (are now in opposite corners of the map, DM spawns remain the same)
-Added env_sun to the level
-Additional cubemaps
-Overall improvements
