Balanced a bit the monk pants since they don't give any protection. They are a type of glass cannon item now.

Added monk cloth books for next tier Monk Robes to the Clothes vendor.

Adjusted stats of monk robes. Eliminated crossbow buff as it didn't make much sense for martial monk, even if a lot of cloth type armour have it.

Adjusted Monk Robes stats skill across ranks:

Now robes from initiate to grand elder rank don't give athetics anymore. In exchange, I have added a very small bonus to dodge/dex/combat multiplier depending the rank to match the latest patches stats that light/cloth armours are having.
