Re-balanced batteries to have more specific purposes.

  • All "low"-efficiency batteries now only cost 1 component (steel, silver, plasteel batteries affected)
  • Gold battery is significantly cheaper but has less capacity 50 -> 30 (cost), 1200 -> 900 (capacity)
  • Plasteel battery has more capacity 1500 -> 1800
  • Silver and plasteel batteries have slightly less efficiency 0.75 -> 0.7
  • Advanced battery is slightly cheaper 50 -> 40 (uranium) 30 -> 20 (gold)
