1. Fix game crash on Deidara spawn.
2. Make explosive clay edible only for Deidara.
3. Eaten explosive clay now also restores chakra.

Rajin kunai damage reduced so now you can't easily kill birds.
Now explosive clay can be eaten only by Deidara.
Explosive clay stats 10/0/3 → 20/0/3.
C3 damage 200 → 300.
Fixed bug with max chakra bonus from headbands.
