Updated Champlain A623 French Navy.

- Crane command total review ! It's more easy and so more funny.
- Captain cabin review with assistant operator with radar to 200m and can use alarm button.
- Minor other change.

- Les commandes de la grues on totalement changé ! plus simple et plus pratique ! Ouf !
- Création dans la cabine du post d'assitant qui peu avoir un visuelle sur le radar (obstacle a 200m)
- Autres petits changements.

UPDATE :
Front Water canon are now in cale. And go out when activate.
New digital counter with the distance of obstacle.
Minor correction bugs. (Doors in bedroom, cockpit door)

UPDATE 21 08 18 :
Les canons a eau sur le pont avant son maintenant dans les calles et sortes quand il sont activés.
Nouveaux écran digitales qui annonce la distance entre un obstacle et la coque du navire.
Petites corrections de bugs. (Boutons des chambres replacé, et cockpit corrigé.)
