First stage of Playable OE is being made. You can create an empire with Pre-OE civics and starting system from the creation screen.

Major Update

Design Goal - This major update will start to pave the foundations for future contents, namely Playable OE. To this end, a lot of adjustments has been made so that in the near future, Sins of the Fallen Empire will be a standalone mod alongside Ancient Cache of Technologies. This will allow me to overcome a lot of issues and limitations i have with ZOFE.

The update also seeks to start adding compatibility with Twinks' PFE stuffs and others.

Changes

- OE ships now have their own unique set of ships called Progenitors, and are more advanced than Omega-Tier Sections.

- Due to the stronger ships, OE will now field less ships.

- Difficulty System has been added. Use higher tier difficulties at your own peril. You have been warned, executor.

- Heavily improved Active OE AI (the one where you choose to continue to war with OE), they will now have their own personalities, dialogues, behaviors and country type.

- Naturally, using the command to transform your empire into OE will have similar effect. (This allows your empire to build their powerful station)

- Updated models of various OE megastructures.

- Adds support for Twinks' Playable Fallen Empires. Highlight features including the ability for EE to ally with OE.

- Adds a new planet type, Perfected Gaia World (Omega Gaia World), which is basically a size 100 Gaia that supports OE buildings and districts.

- "Weakening Shield" event will now provide locations for all Outer Gates in the galaxy.

- Additional performance fixes (removing unnecessary flags, events and load)
